Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a DMS, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on B2B engagement. Your expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and proficiency in English and German languages will be essential in targeting and connecting with international B2B clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and oversee digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, targeting B2B audiences. Leverage your proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and relationship-building.
  • Content Management: Supervise the creation and optimization of digital content, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns, tailored to B2B messaging.
  • SEO and SEM: Monitor and enhance our search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings for B2B prospects. Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns effectively.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns, utilizing segmentation and personalization to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Multilingual Skills: Utilize your proficiency in both English and German languages to effectively communicate with international B2B clients and partners, fostering strong relationships.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance ROI for B2B initiatives. Utilize tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact in B2B markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B campaign management and strategy.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation and relationship-building.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
